TV Junkie: 37th International Emmys; 'V' Finale + 'Sons of Anarchy' Tonight

We made it to the 37th International Emmys last night and got a quick word with Sir David Frost, who has interviewed every US president since 1969: looks like he'll be interviewing President Obama in the next six months. The host of the event was the perpetually cheerful and energetic Graham Norton whose "The Graham Norton Show" can be found on BBC America every Saturday night. Also, Dr. Henry Kissinger was there to present an award to Germany's ZDF TV for actively broadcasting western programming into East Germany during the Cold War.
---
Programming Notes: Marvel's Jonathan Hickman will reveal a new project on G4's "Attack of the Show" tonight at 7pm. Get your alien fix now as "V"'s very short intro series comes to an end tonight as it begins a holiday hiatus. "Sons of Anarchy" has been so great the past couple weeks: we can't wait to see Jax and Clay load up for bear as they take on The League tonight. Late night: Conan's got Weezer and Fallon's got The Pixies - NBC is firing on all cylinders.
---
We mentioned that ABC had stopped production on "Cougar Town" so that Courtney Cox could deal with some personal family issues and now ABC has stopped production on "FlashForward" for six days. The network said the hiatus was planned to "maintain the high quality of the show" but there might be some retooling going on as the series hit a ratings low last week.

Are you over the "Twilight" hype? Even if you are just ambivalent or a secret admirer, you may get a kick out of HowItShouldHaveEnded.com's take on the movie.
